Prospective mentors are women who are established, successful executives with at least 20 years of experience. They represent a variety of industries and have the common goal of propelling more women into leadership positions.
We welcome women leaders who are ready to share their knowledge, experience and passion to lead. We ask you to commit to the program structure, bring strong listening and communication skills, and encourage growth and confidence.

Our mentees are leaders in the making - driven, ambitious, and ready to grow. Our mentees are curious, and are open to feedback and are open to being authentic and vulnerable.
We welcome mentees that have a desire to grow as a leader in a current or future role, are committed to showing up and honoring the program structure, and want to take ownership of their growth applying insights to action.
